Many riders are passionate about snowboarding and snowparks,
but they quickly realize that passion alone is not enough.

Entering this world is not as simple as contacting a snowpark or applying for a job.
Without real experience, practical skills, and a basic understanding of how parks are built and managed, it’s difficult to be taken into consideration.

At the same time, many people are unsure whether this path is truly right for them.
They may enjoy snowboarding, but they are not certain about turning it into a job or a lifestyle.

Others live in smaller resorts and see the potential to develop or manage a snowpark locally, but lack the knowledge and guidance to take that step.

The Become a Shaper – Experience Camp was created to bridge this gap.

This is a hands-on experience where you step inside a real snowpark environment and understand how things actually work from the inside.

During the camp you will:

A hands-on experience inside a real snowpark

This is not a spectator experience.
You will step directly into the workflow of a snowpark and take part in real activities alongside the team.

Hands-on shaping work

You will take part in building and maintaining park features using real tools and techniques.

Line design and park flow

You will learn how lines and features are designed to create flow, safety, and progression.

Real operational environment

You will observe and collaborate with those who manage the snowpark on a daily basis

Team collaboration

You will work alongside other participants and professionals, as part of a real crew.

Understanding the shaper role

You will gain a clear understanding of what being a shaper really means: responsibilities, decisions, and daily dynamics.

How the application works

To ensure a high-quality experience and a motivated group, access to the camp is based on an application process.

After submitting the form, each application will be reviewed based on motivation, level, and alignment with the project.

If your profile fits, you will be contacted for a short introductory call (10–15 minutes) to better understand your background and confirm participation.

The selection process is not meant to exclude, but to build a balanced, motivated group ready to fully benefit from the experience.
